You are employed at a local community center that specializes in helping minorities receive public health and social services. It is your role to coordinate resources and services for the clients. The population of those using the center's resources is primarily minorities from a lower socioeconomic status. 

In a 1-2 page paper, discuss the issues you might see when working with minorities in this setting and specific ways you will improve professional communication and cultural awareness between the staff and the diverse population of clientele. Use a minimum of 1 reference and cite it in APA format.
