the short (1-2 years), mid-term (3-5 years), and long term (next 5-10 years)?
(3) How can HRP support organizations in preparing for these challenges?

You are required to use framework and theories provided in the material of each week to support your choices. For instance, it is essential to present and discuss a strategic leadership style and the strategic management process before engaging in applying the concept in your own case. Please note that references and appendices are NOT counted in the word limit. This will give you the opportunity to expand the concepts of strategic leadership and give you a boost in terms of space to develop it as appropriate.

The purpose of this assessment is to enable students to demonstrate a critical awareness of previous research in
an IT context within a chosen topic area through a basic understanding of research theory and techniques.
