3. Louis Chen, President of the China business has grown the local operation with minimal oversight. Identify a business critical risk with continuing this approach and make 2 recommendations how it can be mitigated?

4. What is the most important action Mia Foster must take to build trust and a strong working relationship with Louis Chen? Justify your answer with facts and evidence from the case?

1. Suppose you are a consultant providing advice to Mia Foster, the Levendary Café CEO. Mia must identify the optimal strategy to support growth of the China operations. You are a consultant engaged to identify and develop this strategy. List your three (3) most important recommendations and justify why they are the most important with evidence from the case and theories from the course.
