Step aside brick and mortar-only enterprises! The course textbook provides examples of companies and agencies engaged in E-commerce that continue to flourish and differentiate themselves from the industry. A search utilizing the ERAU Hunt Library reveals great amounts of data relating to the many different companies ranging from retail grocers to airlines to booksellers that have begun to engage in E-commerce. 

Discuss

For this assignment, research a company, large or small, that has taken advantage of the recent technological advances developed in information systems to grow the E-commerce-side of the business. 

• In what ways has a company, large or small, benefited greatly through the competitive advantage that was gained through the implementation of an E-commerce technology in recent years?
• Provide details on the type of E-commerce information systems that were implemented and the ways in which business processes were enhanced.
