ASCI 516 5.2 - Discussion: Using Risk Management

For this discussion, you will appraise a personal situation that you experienced in which you had to apply the concepts of Risk Management, as explored in this module. You may use an aviation, work, or personal life experience in which you faced some level of risk and had to apply a process of risk assessment and mitigation. Use the 6-step ORM process in your discussion to assess your performance. At a minimum:

• Describe the scenario in detail.
• What hazards did you identify?
• How did you manage the risk? 
• What was the ultimate outcome?
• What were your lessons learned?
