There are various concerns faced by HR managers with the changing workforce. First, poor teamwork is when the new employees may not focus on working in groups and rather focus on completing their personal tasks. Secondly is a lack of communication since the new employees may have different personalities; hence miscommunication may occur from time to time. Thirdly is poor time management since the new employees may fail to prioritize their tasks and may not avail themselves when needed by the management.
