Describe a negative externality about construction and the impact of the externality on the community

Negative externalities that are related to construction can include the pollution of soil, air, water, and noise which can eventually lead to climatic changes and greenhouse emissions which eventually affects materials, existing buildings, and humans all together. These negative externalities have varied effects on the community including the pollution of the surrounding environment, noise pollution because of heavy machinery working, and also air pollution through filling the air with dust particles and debris. It is hard to internalize this externality since most of the constructions are temporary and end in short periods of time.
