Hydrogen gas can be produced commercially by shift reaction method

between carbon monoxide and steam: CO (g) + H2O (g) → CO2 (g) + H2 (g) A plant using this reaction is able to produce 150 kg/day of hydrogen gas. The feed stream contains carbon monoxide and steam. The gas leaving the reactor at 295?C contains 13 mol % CO (g), 32 mol % H2O (g), 27.5 mol % CO2 (g) and 27.5 mol % H2 (g). The reactor is cooled by pressurised water supplied at 90ºC. Determine percentage excess of steam supplied to the reactor and minimum cooling-water flow rate if temperature rise of the water is 10?C.
