Lock Boxes:

It is a banking is a service provided by commercial banks to corporates for the collecting payments from customers. The payments made by customers are asked to place into a special post office box instead of making the payments to the company. The bank goes to the box and collect the payments, then processes them and deposits the funds directly into the company's bank account.

Syndicated lending:
