An expert system is a computer-based artificial intelligence that is used to ease human work in the organization.

Two conditions that must exist for an expert system to be adopted by the organization are:

• It should be secure and contains knowledge more than human experts.
• It should be able to decrease the costs of hiring an expert and consulting him.

Benefits of using an expert system:

• It contains a huge amount of information, which is impossible for a human being.
• It reduces the time of the decision-making process.
