Leader Analysis – Principles of Management MGT 121 – Project 2 Pick your favorite leader and write about why this person inspires and motivates you to do or be your best, be a better person or strive for great leadership. This can be a coach, teacher, religious leader, parent, manager, boss, corporate leader, or anyone who has inspired you. Project is worth 100 points or 10% of your total grade. 1-2 pages double spaced. Point breakdown: • 20 points – name of person, organization or affiliation, how you know him/her, and why you chose this person • 60 points – describe how this person motivates, i.e. reward system, for the greater good, selflessness, charisma, empowerment, positive or negative reinforcement, intrinsic or extrinsic motivators, or strong ethics. • 20 points – think about and describe the best way you are motivated, about how this person affected you, and what you appreciated most.
