It is the role of business managers to allocate resources

Managers are responsible for allocating resources and use them in order to produce something of value to the consumer. Managers base their decisions upon the market demand of goods and services and the number of resources left with the organization. Market demand helps managers to analyze which good is in demand by the consumers, and so he allocates resources only to produce that particular good. On the other hand, managers also consider the amount of resources present and hence allocate them in a sustainable manner.
