Based on the contents in the course materials (Global Policies and Introduction to LCA), please write a short report according to the following requirements:

1. Report topics:
   1. Please first review the history of WEEE and available methods/models to apply WEEE in Industries.
   2. Then, please continue to review the current LCA tools, especially those commercial LCA software/tools.
   3. Please make two sections in one report.
2. Format of the report:
   1. Font size: 12
   2. Font type: Times New Roman
   3. Line spacing: 1.5 lines
   4. Margins: 1” in all edges
   5. Page limit: no less than 3 pages
   6. Make sure the reference & citation style is consistent in your report.
   7. Submit your report in word file
