Describe the difference between an Agent and a Target.

The difference between an Agent and A target is that Target more likely notice to Agent’s behavior, want to be a part of agent community, while Agents do not notice anyone because they do not realize their privilege. Some of targets realize the exist of white supremacy problems and oppression and want to resist, but the Agents don’t know.

Your Answer:

Target model: confusion is the skill that i have used because there was one time, I suddenly realized that why why asian and black community were treated differently when i read and learn about history and also it still happens today. Then I have a lot of question about it, and ask why it happens. the skills that i have never used is empowerment, because of the barriers of language and also I have been through racism, I feel scared and don't know what to do and talk about it with anyone.

Agent model: the skill is that i used is Inclusion, because for me, everyone is human, no one is different about biological, we just have different opinion about the world because we from different point. the skill that i have never used is Distancing, and i think it is the rude behavior to people so I don't want to use that.
