1) Competition should apply to both private and public organizations. This allows for the price of services and items to be lower, while allowing for the best product to be available in the market place.

2) This option can always be explored. However, the ultimate goal of a private firm and a public firm can be very different. Therefore, this difference must be taken into consideration at all times.

3) Public and Private firms and entities must make it a point to work together, to bridge the gap for individuals. If they ultimately serve the public then the people will be helped.
