Following is a development plan that I as a CEO, will follow in order to return the system's profitability:

• Review old goals and objectives to make sure that those are achievable or not. developing new plans and goals if necessary or if old goals have become obsolete.
• Evaluate the performance of all the employees in the organization to understand the efficiency of each employee and firing inefficient employees and hiring new and talented workforce if necessary.
• Conduct a meeting and persuading all the employees to participate. This will help in understanding and identifying loopholes if any. Employees will be vocal, and all their problems and reasons will be taken into consideration.
• Discussing company's goals and objectives with all the employees.
• Asking employees to brainstorm new and innovative ideas to fulfill goals of the organization and motivating them by offering incentives.
• Grouping employees into teams so that there is less burden on any one employee. Teamwork is always better than individual work.
• Lastly, as a CEO, I will make sure that enough funds are available with the business organization to fund the activities. Monitoring all the activities done by the teams.

Proper implementation of these strategies/plans will provide fruitful results to the business organization.
