The utility can be defined as the intrinsic value. The intrinsic value refers to the real value of a specific asset or product. When a good is exchanged for another, it indicates that both products' value is similar or closely equal. The intrinsic value is realized through a complex model calculation and does not depend on its analysis market price. Its also based on an objective calculation that's done within a specific period.
