9.3 - Discussion: The Journey of These Past Nine Weeks.

Hemingway said it best: It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end. As you consider the past 9 weeks, think about your personal journey as you reflect on the material.

1. Pick one thing that you learned this term and explain it’s impact on you. Why did it have such an impact and how will you use the knowledge gained in the future?
2. How are your assumptions about leadership different now than they were in the beginning of the course? What does it mean to be a leader?
