C. Ask the participants (as a group) to identify an organisation that has gone through

transformation. They need to do the following:

(i) Identify the triggers of change

(ii) Study the nature of interventions(iii) Document the stages and processes of the intervention

(iv) Study the impact of the intervention

(v) Share the insights with the group

This exercise can be done for any organisation from manufacturing or service industry.

Various groups can share their learning and insights.
