Redo the previous example by using a CUSUM chart. Is the conclusion the same? Assembled workstations are subjected to a final inspection for surface defects. The number of defects in the last 20 workstations produced are 0, 3, 5, 8, 5, 7, 4, 7, 6, 5, 5, 7, 7, 6, 4, 4, 3, 4, 2, 4 The allowable number of surface defects is 6. Is the process in control?
