She is interested in starting hormone replacement therapy. She has not menstruated in 13 consecutive months. She is having hot flashes, mood swings, and vaginal dryness. FSH consistent with post-menopause. Pregnancy test is negative. She has no personal or family history of breast cancer. She is current with mammogram screening. She has never had a hysterectomy. There is no history of heart disease or stroke. She is a non-smoker
