In light of the readings for the course, identify one change that should be made to the American legal system. Describe the advantages of this change, and explain why you think it is necessary. You are welcome to interpret ‘change’ as broadly as you would like, but your topic should be significant in scope, and should be in conversation with subjects we have discussed in the class (i.e. – you should not suggest procedural changes to the tax code).
