Evaluation will be mainstreamed in organizations

Evaluation will be mainstreamed in organizations. Some of its methods, such as logic models and program theories, are already being used by program managers and staff to develop programs. As process learning from evaluation and organizational learning increase, evaluative ways of thinking in organizations will expand. Evaluation won’t always be called evaluation, but its influence will be felt through creating a culture of learning and using information and data to make decisions (Mark, 2007).
