Observe an organization (either one that you are working in now, have worked in in the past, one you read about online, or one that you saw in a TV show or movie) and identify two problems with the way that they are conducting their human resource practices . Review the concepts that we have learned over the course of this class and think about how two of the concepts can be applied to address the two problems that you identified.
