Here you will provide the description of the organization MY BROTHER ROCKS THE SPECTRUM, along with the budget. The organization description is to include the mission as well as information on board of directors, who/what the Nonprofit serves, highlights and accomplishments among other things as appropriate. Refer to Chapter 8 in the Foundation Center book. This should be at least 1 single-spaced page, definitely no more than 2 single-spaced pages.

As for the budget, you can make it up, but let it be as realistic as possible. Think of the different components. Refer to Chapter 7 in the Foundation Center book. There is also an example of a grant budget at the end of Appendix A.
