The board of University has appointed you as project manager, and to develop a mobile application for students and lecturers of the university. The university has 6 main departments and a population of nearly

20,000 students and staffs.The app needs to provide current needs of students such a bus arrival and departure time, push notifications of events, events,course lecture notes, email, payment of fees and registration of modules.For lecturers it will provide a platform to connect academics and students, such that it can distribute lecture notes, share research and also a platform for academics to communicate internally The board have given you a timeline of 6 months to complete the project and as resources the following: An office space that can accommodate 10 staffs 6 Laptops and 1 server A prototype of a mobile application that one student developed for his project offering student registration of modules and payment of fees 6 full time programmers and 1 database administrator. The database administrator is a new recruit and has just completed his

studies at university and no working experience. The latter, is conversant only with SQL Server development and limited

knowledge with MySQL. Only 1 of full-time programmer has mobile development experience and the rest are experienced but limited mobile development experience.

Part of the project the PM can hire 2 full-time developers and 4 part-time staffs.
