What will my mg/ML protein ( diluted ) and mg/ml protein (undiluted) be if my O.D for Nonfat milk, 0% fat is .925, Lowfat milk, 2% fat is 1.197, Whole milk, 4% fat 1.182 and it got diluted by 1/10. for example, if your 1/10 dilution of milk produced an O.D. value of 0.400 and on your standard curve 0.400 O.D. was equivalent to0.5mg/ml of protein, then the amount of protein in undiluted milk is:0.5mg/ml x 10 (dilution factor) = 5mg/ml.
