2. Process: The following details are provided for the purchasing process of a meat selling shop. The shop sells two types of meats, Goat and Chicken. There are five suppliers to the shop. 1. The meat shop manager checks inventory of meat every day and marks the remaining inventory on a piece of paper that is attached to the storage door. 2. The meat shop accountant checks the piece of paper every day to know the level of inventory. 3. If the inventory is low, the accountant calls a few suppliers to check meat prices and to know when they can deliver meat to the shop. 4. After speaking to the suppliers, the meat shop accountant prepares a purchase order based on the price and delivery date. 5. The purchase order is checked and signed by the meat shop manager. 6. The accountant sends the purchase order to the selected supplier. 7. The meat shop supplier delivers the meat to the shop. 8. The Butcher receives the meat, checks the quantity and inventories the meat. 9. The supplier submits inventory at the time of delivery of the meat. 10. The invoice is paid after 15 days of delivery.
