With all of the advances in genetic due to continuous research in the quest to better understand the human genome , we are now able to perform some genetic manipulation such as determining the sex of a baby before is born. With this information and with what you learned on the previous two modules for this course about chromosomes and inheritance, answer and comment on the following questions:

If you were able to go to a fertility clinic to select the sex of your baby when conceiving.... would you do it? Why?

Likewise, if you were able to select other "improved" characteristics for your baby such as; intelligence, athletic, tall, blue eyes etc. Would you do it? Why?
