The investigative work is to be delivered on November 3, 2020.

Research project- They will carry out a descriptive bibliographic research of a topic preferably studied in the courses of the concentration of human resources. The topic must present a problem of human resources administration.

The project outline is as follows

-Theme or title

-Problem Statement. Describe the existing conditions or relationships, points of view or perceptions regarding different phenomena or matters of the Human Resources Administration.

-Justification - Importance and relevance of the problem raised and reasons for investigating the matter.

-Conceptual, theoretical and empirical framework -Review of literature to define concepts and discuss theories and research carried out.

-Discussion of solutions to the problem.

-Conclusions

-Recommendations

-References.- Use 3 references minimum

The work must contain 20 double-spaced pages, letter 12.
