Task:

For this assignment, you are required to conduct at least a 20 - 30minute interview session with one (1) individual who have at least two (2) years of experience working in a group using the following questions:

1. What are the challenges that you face when making decisions at the workplace? How do you overcome those challenges?
2. When working in a group, which group closure would you choose? Provide your reasons. (explain to them the four different group closures - command style, consultative approach, consensus decision making, select to vote)
3. Is working in a group better or working alone? Provide explanations to your answer.

Submission of this assignment must contain the following items:

1. Background information of the individual (age, occupation, work experiences)
2. Interview report in essay format
