Topic: Global and Cultural Considerations, Issues, and Solutions in Aviation.

Guidelines

• introduction: define the subject and state the purpose of this proposal. (i should be stating that the propose of this proposal is to outline the selected topic for the Final Research Paper assignment.)
• background: provide background information on the topic selected, and present at least two research questions that will be addressed in the Final Research Paper. Identify the primary and secondary audience for Final research paper. (Do not state instructor, as the primary or secondary audience for my final paper.)
• needs assessment: state reasons for creating this proposal and the final research paper. state why the topic selected is a relevant topic for this course, and state how this topic relates to communication.
• proposed plan: explain how and why you plan to narrow my topic for my audience. identify how my plan to take excessive amounts of research and narrow it down to reader need-to-know information. Some questions i could answer / address in this section could include:

-What is your primary focus for your research paper? What is your main point?

-What are you arguing? 

-What sub-topics will you incorporate into your research paper? 

-What learning objectives and outcomes do you hope to achieve with your research paper?

-What type of research will be conducted, and how will you collect scholarly information?

• limitations: identify what restrictions might encounter with the topic selected, time, limitations, and research limitations.
• research: provide at least two perspective sources
