Section 1: church and state issues

Section 2: compulsory attendance

Section 3: instructional programs 

Section 4: rights and responsibilities of students

Section 5: rights and responsibilities of teachers

Section 6: rights and responsibilities of principals

Section 9: liability and school records

Section 10: school district and personnel liability 

For each section, you should have the following:  

• Identify the key issue and the related law, act, or case (1 points)
• Describe briefly the background and resolution (4 points)
• Describe why this is of personal interest or significance (3 points)
• At least one graphic (1 point)
• Use of standard writing conventions (spelling, grammar) (1 point)
