This exercise is related to the Public Performance and Program Evaluation topics, so I recommend you to re-read those chapters. 

I have uploaded two PDF documents that include summaries of a Student Satisfaction Survey. It was completed by my face-to-face PA 301 students in 2017. The first document shows the general results of the whole class. In the second document, I broke down the data by the two majors. Using the data (charts and tables) in these two documents provide a one-page (single spaced) analysis of the results.

• First, provide a brief general interpretation of the results for the whole class (half page)
• Second, compare the similarities and differences between of CJ and PA students. Which group is more satisfied on certain dimensions?  Why? Provide a possible explanation (half page)
