This task requires the student to use the self-analysis of their skills from Assessment Task 2 Self-Analysis task and collect feedback by surveying their colleagues about their performance and develop a self-development plan based on the feedback received and self-analysis

This task requires the student to use the self-analysis of their skills from Assessment Task 2 Self-Analysis task and collect feedback by surveying their colleagues about their performance and develop a self-development plan based on the feedback received and self-analysis. The student must also implement the self-development plan and evaluate it.
There are 3 parts to this assessment:

1. The student is required to survey their colleagues and collect feedback about their knowledge, skills and ethics relevant to the National Quality Standards. Once the student has collected the feedback, they are required to analyse and identify areas for their self-development plan along with the goals they set for themselves in Assessment Task 2 Reflective Practice Task.
