You have to select one specific project. Based on the team discussion you have to generate Risk

Registrar for that project. There are plenty of resources available online and in the textbook.

You can select any suitable template which are free from copyright issue and make your own

risk register. These are the requirements:

1. Risk Register that includes a comprehensive list of identified risks, risk description,

probability, consequences, owner of the risk, level of risk. ( More option is welcome too)

2. A minimum of 15 risks should be identified

3. At least two risks from each category:

-Project level/Business side

- Project specific cost/resource risk

- Schedule risk

- Implementation risk

Include a summary paragraph sharing how risk were identified, what was effective about

the process, and what you might do differently moving forward.
