1. I am taking this course due to the fact that it meets one of my bac core requirements, but I am hoping to gain a better understanding about the economics of not only the world around me, but the environmental world around me. I have lived in Oregon all my life and I really don't know much about logging economics, fish economics, or anything really related to natural resources.

2. I am currently located in Veneta, OR, and I have taken an online course before (last spring).

3. A fun fact about myself is that I love watching golf on TV. I love all sports and most people think watching golf is boring or not interesting, but to me it gets really exciting, especially on the last Sunday when like four or five golfers are all competing for the trophy.
