This gives the power to the people and allows their concerns to be heard and vote for what supports them. If there is ever a judge who seems to be unfit for the position they are in the recall of judges allows them to be reviewed or removed from their power. This can be seen when officials may not have the people's best interests or if they do not have the mental stability to make the right decisions that abide by the laws.
