Drug use, and misuse affects some categories of people more than others. Teens and young adults appear to be disproportionately affected by drug use, particularly binge drinking and vaping. What are the consequences of either bingeing on alcohol or vaping for teens and young adults--the consequences could be psychological, physical, or social. What program that has been shown to be effective in reducing binge drinking or vaping.
