2.We need a carpool software (and a supporting website) that can be used by companies around the globe and has features of any carpool website. Clients (Companies) should be able to download and use it to manage their internal carpool needs. It would work very similar to many carpool websites out there. It must be downloaded from our website and locally present on each computer of the client network. In the beginning it could be downloaded for a trial period of one to three months but later would be offered on a yearly license fee basis. Our company should be able to own Copyright of the software and change license fees. Details may be altered based on the needs at the project implementation stage before completion.Based on the request from the client, elaborate, the information management elements in this project.
