Identify and summarize Roger's Theory of Diffusion of Innovation to include the five characteristics that determine individuals' use of innovation;

Apply Roger's Theory to your organization and describe its effects in creating change within your organization;

Identify an innovation within your organization that has occurred within the last 3 years. Clearly demonstrate how the model applies to each of the innovation's life stages;

Be 10-12 pages in length, minimum five peer-reviewed citations, which may include videos, charts and articles referenced to complete the assignment.
