Jerry drank all evening at the Bonger Bar and became visibly intoxicated.  The bartender continued to serve him even after he was visibly intoxicated.  After that, Jerry left the Bonger Bar drove directly to Gordon's Restaurant two miles down the road, where he had another drink.  While driving home from Gordon's he got into a car accident.

Question 1 - The injured person sued Bonger and Gordon.  What are the chances of success?

Question 2 -  Jerry had been drinking all day (starting at noon) at the Bonger Bar and became visibly intoxicated.  The  daytime bartender continued to serve him.  You are the night manager at Bonger's Bar.  You arrive at 5:00 pm for your night shift and notice Jerry intoxicated still being served drinks by the daytime bartender.  What do you do?
