Provide comments on your the below topic idea and asks questions that prompts to think more critically about how to explore the research topic in more detail.   

When individuals use drugs, some are injected by needles. When those needles are not clean and are shared amongst others, this is leaving those individuals at risk towards the development of HIV. In order to reverse the number of individuals developing HIV from injecting drug users, something needs to be done. International drug trafficking will never go away, stricter policies and punishments still will not completely place this issue into extinction. There needs to be more interventions, programs, and medical care given to injecting drug users. This could be in terms of people in prisons, living in homes with their families, out on the streets, etc. Although many might not want to bother with people on drugs, this ethical dilemma will not be corrected unless everyone acts in an ethical manner. This means spreading the word, distributing clean needles, and delivering universal care, as well as knowledge towards injecting drug users. Although this will not eliminate this dilemma as a whole, it can lead towards strengthening this world as a whole. Without the distribution of clean needles, knowledge, and care, the growing numbers towards people who are HIV+ will only continue to rise.
