There is also an excellent source of sites listed throughout the textbook. You will write a business memorandum to the senior executives of the company. 

Analyze the issues that led to the problems at the company. Ensure that you consider all the affected stakeholders. Devise and recommend strategic changes that the company needs to make in order to A) deal with the current problems, and B) prevent similar problems in the future. C) Make suggestions to the company about the changes that are needed to the corporate culture and the code of ethics in order to prevent future problems.
