A recent study last year linked air pollution to 6 million deaths per year in China. Chinese leadership also acknowledged smoking contributes to poor air quality and may cause about 20 percent of all adult male deaths during this decade. How would you recommend China proceed to reduce levels of air pollution and reduce smoking?
