Utilizing what you’ve learned about leadership and management skills, design 3 template letters that could be used to address employee performance and improve employee or organizational performance.

Consider the highest performing employee, the lowest performing employee, and an average performing employee in a department you manage.  

Create 3 different template letters, 200 words each. Design the template letters to specifying the following situations:

• Praising an employee for outstanding performance
• Terminating an employee due to continued poor performance
• Offering coaching or recommending training
