Steps to completing your assignment:  Now that you have reviewed the various operations of a business and understand how each fits together you will now put that information into practice.  Go to any of the following sites and review an article about a company.  You will then write a two-page report on that business and what you see as the issues it faces and give suggestions on how it can improve or continue to expand/grow

Your paper should answer the following questions

:1.  Define the issues and/or opportunities the company is facing currently. 

2.  Provide your opinion on what changes/additions the business should be doing and include examples to support your point.   Example:  The business should increase its marketing by targeting X area with Y events that will increase customer sales.  Make sure to point out what departments of the company would be impacted and how they will be impacted by your proposal.

3.  Discuss how, you believe, your suggested changes will help the business grow, improve, get back on track, etc.
