Emotional Intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy, Social Skills

Soft Skills: (Those that overlap with emotional intelligence have been left out, such as empathy/compassion)Communication, attitude and confidence, teamwork/being a team player, networking, critical thinking and creative problem solving, professionalism, conflict resolution, adaptability, initiative and strong work ethic, accountability, stress management, critical observation, self (professional) development, resilience.Based on your quiz results, list 3 soft skills that you think you could develop further with, or that challenge you the most. How will you go about improving yourself in those areas? (Example: I am fearful of conflict, so conflict resolution is my biggest challenge. I plan to use role play to practice necessary but scary conversations with a friend first before facing the person I have a conflict with.)
