#2 Findings:  Otoscopic inspection reveals excess cerumen, unable to view tympanic membrane, bilaterally.  Tympanogram right ear flat with reduced physical volume; left ear normal compliance and pressure.  Hearing sensitivity reveals moderate flat conductive loss across frequencies for right ear; left ear within normal limits (WNL).  Speech recognition thresholds consistent with pure-tone findings, with good speech discrimination performance, bilaterally.  (Note: right ear presentation levels for discrimination testing at relatively loud levels vs. left ear.)  Today's findings consistent with (?)________________________ right ear and (?)________________________ left ear.
