1. Product A is made of Four units of B and two units of C.  B is made of three units of D and two E.  C is made of three units of F and one unit of E. Lead times for purchase of each unit are:  A takes one week, B takes two weeks, C takes one week. D and E take 2 weeks and F takes 3 weeks.   Assume that there is a demand for 150 units of A in week 8.  There is on-hand inventory of 100 units of B, and 20 units of C.  There is a scheduled receipt of E for 500 units in week three. Assume all items are purchased L4L except for item D which is ordered in multiples of 50,  F which is ordered in multiples of 100 and E which is 500
2. Show the bill of materials (product structure tree) 
3. Develop an MRP planning schedule showing gross and net requirements and order release and order receipt dates. 

1. Product A is an end item and is made from three units of B, three units of C and two units of D.  B is made of three units of E and two of F.  C is made of two units of F and one of D.  A and B have a lead time of one week.  C and D have lead times of two weeks, and E and F have lead times of three weeks.  Lot sizes for A, B and D are L4L. Item C has a lot size of 60.  E and F have a lot size of 100. There is 50 units of item B on hand, and 30 units of item A.  There is a scheduled receipt for 50 units of item F in week three.

3. If 125 units of A are required in Week 8, develop the MRP planning schedule, specifying when items are to be ordered and received.
